Hastelloy C276 Pipe

Hastelloy C276 Pipes is a titanium stabilized chromium nickel molybdenum alloy. This combination has a number of advantages and provides a high range of mechanical properties. Steel India Co. is a manufacturer of pipes in this range of specification. There are Hastelloy C276 Seamless Pipes products which are highly corrosion resistant to most corrosive media. The specialty of these pipes is the pitting and crevice corrosion resistant. It is wrought metallic pipes specification with high strength as well. The ASTM B622 UNS N10276 pipes are used in organic chloride processing applications, chemical industries and in petrochemical applications. Annealing is possible with the ASTM B619 UNS N10276 material to make it stronger. Machining is difficult on this material but could be achieved with sharp tools and slow processing.
